Deformities of Nose

Children may be born with a part of the nose missing or completely missing. This can be an individual problem, or part of a syndrome. Children with cleft lip usually have a nose deformity, where the nose on that side is slumped and collapsed. I address these issues at the time of the first surgery, if possible. Children with a major nose issue, or blocked septum would benefit from rhinoplasty (Nose job), which is performed safely at our centre. I utilise the patient’s own tissues and septum cartilage to straighten the nose, and refine the tip.
