Children may be born with partial of the full ear missing. It can be an individual problem, or part of a syndrome affecting other organs or systems. We are able to check the child with a team of paediatricians, genetics, ENT, audiology and plastic surgery. The ear may also be injured following accidents, burns, surgery or any other injury.
Partial and full reconstruction is offered with options of an implant and patients own cartilage tissue taken from the ribs.
